I am officially 30 Today
So many people have asked, “Do you feel any different?” Am I suppose to? It doesn’t really affect me much. I actually look forward to my 30′s. You change so much in your 20′s. You start out so young, you may be finishing college, finding a career, getting married, and/or adjusting to motherhood. Where you are in life and what you’re doing can be so different. Your priorites and what is important to you and can change so much. As I look back and reflect on my life thus far, I have no regrets and I do not wish at all that I was just entering into my 20′s. I have had my share of mistakes along the way but I do feel as though I have learned from them. I have only grown more confident with myself and what I am capable of with age.
I am truly happy with where I am in life. I am married to a wonderful man who I met 17 years ago. We have had our share of ups and downs but we are together and very happy still today. I have shared the amazing experience of having 3 beautiful children with him. I have a very wonderful and caring group of family and friends. I am just beginning a new journey of working from home and trying to reach out to and touch the lives of other mothers like me. I am truly lucky and grateful for the life I have.
I am only happy and excited about what new possibilites may come may way as I begin my journey as a 30 something Simply Modern Mama.
