Healthy Taco Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz light cream cheese

8 oz light sour cream

2 tbsp of taco seasoning

8 oz jar of salsa

half of head of lettuce (diced)

8 oz bag shredded light 2% mexican cheese blend

1 bag of baked tortilla chips

Directions:

Mix cream cheese & sour cream until well blended.  Mix in taco seasoning.  Spread mixture on bottom of pie dish or 8×8 square pan.  Next, layer the remaining ingredients…(salsa, lettuce, and top with shredded cheese).  Chill until ready to serve.

Serve with torilla chips.

Additional info:

Double ingredients for a 13×9 rectangular pan.

Optional…add sliced olives and/or thinly sliced green onion on top.
